My Background

 

I’m a people centered strategist who learned by doing, using the root of my childhood best friend’s relationship problems to share age-old solutions before I was old enough to date. Those early experiences of figuring out what problems needed to be solved, understanding the desired outcome, and developing/sharing a variety of methods towards goal mastery led me to pursue roles immersed in strategy, project management, and change management. I now combine my love of helping others and question-based processes of insight discovery to empower stakeholders in improving productivity.
