Who Am I?

I am an educator who used my 15+ years of experience to gain deeper skillsets in instructional design, eLearning, data analysis, and project management.

I have a proven track record for designing and developing appealing and effective deliverables for school districts and non-profit organizations using backward design and ADDIE processes.

I am People Manager + Task Handler who has led everything from instructional focus teams to special events for the benefit of company goals and memorable moments. I enjoy creating insightful experiences by working with subject matter experts and stakeholders to determine the best path to reach outcomes. I know when and how to coach and when and how to deliver results.

When I am not working, I’m a football booster mom who runs on yoga, coffee, world traveling with my family, and giving back.
